The State Farm Towers Are for Sale. What Happens to the Rest of Park Center?

A block wall and chain link fence in a Summerhill parking lot have marked where Hank Aaron's 715th home run landed since the old stadium came down. A 1,000-seat ballpark is going up on that ground, and the wall is being replaced by a marker. Downtown, the same method is remaking a campus.
