About This Short
The Greenbriar Discount Mall in South Atlanta is getting a massive redevelopment.
A $500M project is set to bring over 1,000 new apartments and 250,000 sq ft of retail space to the site right across from Greenbriar Mall.
The plan includes affordable housing and discounted retail space reserved for local businesses.
Some current vendors may even stay under below-market leases.
Construction begins soon, and phase one is expected to wrap by 2028.
