The National Center for Civil and Human Rights in downtown Atlanta has reopened following a $58 million expansion that added two new wings, updated exhibits, and a rooftop terrace. The renovation also introduced the Shirley Clarke Franklin Pavilion and a redesigned MLK Jr. Collection display.
